Last night I had the privilege to attend a women’s event at the seminary focused on sex trafficking. The Lord laid this issue on my heart last summer, and I am eager to see how He wants to work it into our family’s ministry.
During the meeting, we were able to Skype with a group called Save Our Sisters. This group of high school girls is working against sex trafficking, particularly in Moldova. I was so blessed and challenged by our time with them! They shared with us that they were convicted by the Lord to not waste their high school years, but to make them count for His glory. What perspective. I sure wish I had this wisdom in high school, and I will certainly strive to lead my children in this direction.
