Making It As A Mom: Moody Sisters

I guess you could say it was love at first lip balm, as Moody Sisters products are now threatening to take over my bathroom, in the best possible way.

This is a post for 31 Days about making it as a mom. Check out the intro post if this is your first time here!

Since it is my 30th(!) birthday today, I have a gift for you! I have a giveaway from one of my favorite small businesses, Moody Sisters.

I first heard about Moody Sisters when we lived in North Carolina and I had some friends who loved their products. I started watching their website for sales that matched up with our no-frills seminary budget. I guess you could say it was love at first lip balm, as Moody Sisters products are now threatening to take over my bathroom in the best possible way.

I have skin that likes to break out on a near daily basis. I've tried dozens of products to try to remedy the problem, and I've finally found what I'm sticking with: Moody Sisters wash, toning mist, and moisturizer for oily/combo skin. I still have some breakout issues, but my skin is calmer, cleaner, and more balanced than it's ever been.

I also love Moody Sisters liquid foundation, mud mask, and body scrubs. I can't wait to try more of their makeup line when I use up my current stash.

I love getting a package from Moody Sisters in the mail, with its colorful wrapping and personalized note. I can tell you first-hand that their customer service is awesome. I'm thrilled to support a small business while enjoying their high-quality products!

You can try a variety of Moody Sisters products with their trial-sized offerings, get a free sample with any purchase, and get a free sampler pack when you subscribe to their newsletter. The trial-sized products are how I got hooked on Moody Sisters, as I loved everything I bought. Moody Sisters products have become one of my favorite splurges.

A slow morning or long, whiny afternoon can be made much better by taking a few minutes to put on a mask or use a scrub! I've actually taken advantage of my kids' bath time to use a scrub on my feet. I pass the kids a bit of the scrub and enjoy the extra happy moments while they soak and play.

Moody Sisters Jess and Whitney are graciously sponsoring a giveaway of their mud mask, which you can enter to win below!
